Local 322 Executive Board
The responsibilities as Officers described under the Constitution of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America.
Paul Trudeau
President & Delegate
Presides over all meetings, preserves order and enforces the Constitution and Laws of the UBC.
Amanda Phillips
Vice President & Delegate
Assists the President in the discharge of official duties and performs duties of President in their absence.
Katie LaPlant
Recording Secretary & Delegate
Keeps minutes of each meeting, prepares official communications, reads and preserves all documents and correspondence.
Wayne Young
Financial Secretary
Oversees office operations, establishes and maintains the budget, tracks all expenditures.
Mark Stephens
Treasurer
Reports on monthly financials at union meetings, reviews, and deposits income into Credit Union.
Ryan Boudreau
Conductor & Delegate
Signs in new apprentices for initiation and provides President a list of all new initiations.
Vacant Position (to be appointed until an election can be held)
Warden
Takes charge of the door only allowing members to enter and attend union meetings.
Jim Leuthner
Trustee, Delegate & PAC Treasurer
Reviews financials, responsible for the overall financial stability of the local. Ensures all receipts are accounted for and expenditures abide by local policies.
Woodrow Piner
