Assists the President in the discharge of official duties and performs duties of President in their absence.

Keeps minutes of each meeting, prepares official communications, reads and preserves all documents and correspondence.

Oversees office operations, establishes and maintains the budget, tracks all expenditures.

Reports on monthly financials at union meetings, reviews, and deposits income into Credit Union.
